All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within approximately two week of purchase.
For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
All orders include a 3–5 day fulfillment period before shipment. This means that once your order is placed, it will take 3–5 business days for our team to process, package, and ship your items. Shipping transit time will then depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
If you do not receive an email confirmation or tracking number within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
Once an order has been shipped, BoskCounty is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided, we cannot modify or redirect the package after it has shipped.
